We offer the distillate in its purest form, starter distillate, but we also blend other ingredients- milk, cream, lactic acid and food acidulents into the distillate for specific flavor profiles. Our portfolio of natural dairy flavors includes a wide range of dairy flavor profiles like: butter, cultured dairy, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, yogurt, and milk. These flavors are available in liquid or dry form.

In addition to flavors, we offer custom acidulant blends and buffered acidulents. These acidulants include pH stabilizers, acidifiers, glazing agents, and preservatives.
